About Special Diets Consultancy

Special Diets was set up by Sarah Parker as a result of struggling with dietary restrictions for many years. Sarah has intolerances to wheat, dairy, mushrooms, yeast, most fruits, sugar and alcohol. She has two daughters who are both intolerant to wheat and dairy.

Sarah is trained in Nutrition and Health, and has a diploma in Cordon Bleu cookery from Tante Marie. She offers help and advice to support people with food allergies and intolerances through the Special Diets Club.
