Antoinette Saville(wf, gf, df, sof)
http://www.wellfoods.co.ukThis bread is a favourite with my daughters. It has a nice soft texture and is the closest thing to real soft white toast that I have come across
Available as bread and rolls
Allergy Advice: Contains egg.
Wellfoods Limited was founded in 1999, when John Foster, an internationally acclaimed baker met marketing expert Janet Woodward. Being diagnosed with Coeliac disease herself, Janet knew there was a need for good tasty bread as there was nothing available that tasted like the real thing. Our tasty, fresh loaves are fantastic for sandwiches, tea time, anytime. For packed lunches and picnics, you can even make your sandwiches from frozen bread. The loaves stay fresh for up to 28 days or 6 months in the freezer. These are available on prescription or from Waitrose under the Antoinette Savill brand. We also bake rolls, burger buns, pizza bases and sell our own gluten-free flour mix.
GFree Chestnut and Linseed Bread(gf, wf, df)
http://www.gfree.co.ukThis is a nice large loaf – it has a sweet nutty flavour.
Allergy Advice: Contains soya, yeast and eggs. Produced in premises handling nuts.
GFree mini Ciabatta(wf, gf, df)
http://www.gfree.co.ukThese are quite heavy but have a fantastic flavour which is always enjoyed by my tasters on the gluten-free bread course. Available in plain, sundried tomato & basil, rosemary & garlic.

Stamp Collection New York Deli Rye(wf)
http://www.ocado.comThis pack contains a few slices of large thinly sliced rye bread. It has an authentic rye bread taste which is great toasted with sweet toppings or as a sandwich.
Tesco Free-From Ciabatta(wf, gf, df)
http://www.tesco.comThis is my favourite of the supermarket gf offerings. When warmed it has a nice soft texture and is also quite light. Great as a tear’n’share bread for dinner parties or brunch.
Allergy Advice: Contains egg. Nut traces.

Dietary Specials Multigrain(wf, gf)
http://www.dietaryspecials.co.ukThis is a good ready sliced bread with fibre, although a little on the small size for sandwiches. It is nice toasted and is readily available from supermarkets.
Allergy Advice: No egg or dairy ingredients.
Glutafin Fresh Bread(gf)
http://www.glutafin.co.ukThis loaf contains wheat starch and so is not suitable for wheat allergics or intolerants. It has a fantastic soft texture – not dry at all! The freshly baked nature of this bread makes it far superior to its vacuum packed alternatives. The down side is that it is only available in boxes of 8 packs, so you need a good sized freezer.
Allergy Advice: Contains wheat starch and dairy.
Juvela Fibre Mix(gf, ef, sof)
http://www.juvela.co.ukThis is great for baking your own gluten free bread. I have had good results using a Panasonic SD-253 bread machine. However, I recommend that you follow the bread machine manufacturer’s instructions rather than those on the mix since they have tested the mix in their machine.
Allergy Advice: Contains wheat starch and dairy.
